Hi, I'm Surelee
My journey to becoming a pilates instructor has been anything but conventional. I began my career in the entertainment industry as a television actress before transitioning to runway and commercial modeling, working with renowned brands and designers across the country.
Life took a beautiful turn when I became a mother to two amazing boys. This profound experience sparked a deeper interest in health, nutrition, and fitness as I sought to rebuild my strength and discover a sustainable approach to wellness that complemented motherhood.
Today, I'm a certified yoga and pilates instructor specializing in Vinyasa Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Reformer & Jumpboard Pilates. My approach uniquely blends classical pilates principles with elements of strength training, HIIT, and yoga to create a comprehensive practice that builds both physical and mental resilience.
